We aim to have all of orders shipped out within 2-4 business days. During high-volume times shipping may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner.

Orders from western parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 1-2 business days once an item has been shipped. Orders from eastern parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 2-3 business days once an item has been shipped.

International orders can expect their package to arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipment.

EXCHANGES
If the product you received once your package arrives did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for the correct size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a return. MENACE is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.

We do not accept exchanges that have not been pre-approved, please be sure to contact us with your order # before sending in your package so that we may verify the correct information for delivery.

RETURNS / CANCELLED ORDERS
Yes, we accept returns as long as they are processed within 7 days of the package delivery date. Please read the following carefully to ensure that your product is eligible for a return.

If the product is in pristine condition just as it arrived and is still in the original packaging then please contact us with your order # so that we may begin the return process. If your item is not in the original clear packaging or the original packaging has been tampered with/opened then we may only process an exchange. Please be sure to double-check your cart before checking out and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please be aware that the customer assumes all shipping costs for the return/exchange. We will process a refund only after garments are in-hand and have been inspected by our staff to make sure they are still in the original packaging and have not been tampered with. If the product arrives not as described then it will be shipped back and no refund will be processed.
