Yes, if the product you received once your package arrives did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for the correct size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a return. MENACE is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.
We do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved, please be sure to contact us with your order # before sending in your package so that we may verify the correct information for delivery.

Yes, we do allow for people to change the size of whatever product they have just ordered if the product has not been shipped and the new size that is requested is in stock. Contact us immediately so that we may make the correction before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped and you would like to exchange for another size, simply wait for the package to arrive and contact us about the situation. We will have you send back the item then we would mail your new size.

No, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. We accept every major credit card via our store checkout and the PayPal checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Domestic orders expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days (including Saturdays) upon shipment confirmation; international orders please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCT GET SHIPPED TO ME?
We ship all orders via USPS. We use Flat Rate shipping or USPS Priority Mail shipping. On occasion, we may require a signature for delivery on larger orders. We do not use any other shipping carrier.
