Yes, we accept orders and ship worldwide.
Please allow 2-4 days for processing and handling. During high-volume times shipping may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner.
Orders from western parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 1-2 business days after an item has been shipped. Orders from eastern parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 2-3 business days once an item has been shipped.
International orders can expect their package to arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipment.
Tracking numbers take up to 24-48 hours before updating. Please be patient.
Yes. We accept exchanges within 7 calendar days of package delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.
If your item does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for another size. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued in the form of a MENACE Gift Card. Returns for store credit may also be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. MENACE does not provide return labels and is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party carriers during transit.
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us with your order number before sending any items back. Packages sent without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender without being processed.
Please note that certain collaborations, limited releases, discounted items, and other designated final sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We accept returns for store credit only. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchanged for another size, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Store credit is issued in the form of a MENACE Gift Card and may be used toward any future purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the quick nature of our fulfillment process, we do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We kindly ask for you to please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out. We do our best to ship all packages within the first 2-4 business days of your order date, but in the event that we do not fulfill this obligation in a timely manner and your order has not shipped within 2 weeks, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
No, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. We accept every major credit card via our store checkout and the PayPal checkout.
We ship all orders via UPS. We use UPS Ground shipping or UPS Select shipping. On occasion, we may require a signature for delivery on larger orders. We do not use any other shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We very rarely restock our products, so chances are once an item is sold out it is sold out for good.
