Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for store credit or size exchanges only. No refunds. All returns and exchanges require prior approval from MENACE Customer Service and must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.

All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for verifying product details, measurements, and sizing before purchasing.

  • Size Exchanges: Subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued via a MENACE Gift Card.

  • Exchange Limit: Strictly one exchange per order. No additional exchanges will be permitted.

  • Final Sale: Certain products, including discounted merchandise and items marked Final Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Collaborations & Limited Releases: Additional restrictions may apply based on inventory and availability.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements will be denied.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

    • Approval Required: Contact MENACE Customer Service with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. MENACE does not provide return labels and is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

    • Return Deadline: Approved returns must arrive at our facility within 7 calendar days of authorization. Late returns may be rejected.

    • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be free of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, alterations, or damage. Rejected items will be returned at the customer's expense.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS

    The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Home goods

    • Socks, masks, and undergarments

    • Discounted, promotional, and clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Items marked Final Sale

    • Collaborations and limited releases designated as Final Sale

    Additional restrictions on collaborations and limited releases will be noted on the product page.

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    All orders are final once placed. Cancellations, modifications, or changes to orders are not permitted, except where required by law.
