All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days and are handled by the United States Postal Service. On rare occasions and for specialty releases, we may state a different shipping timeline on individual product pages. You will be emailed a tracking number when the order ships. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Timelines for arrival depend on your domestic location. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by MENACE. Please note, some domestic orders over $300.00 may require a signature for delivery. If an attempted delivery notice is left by the shipping courier, please follow up for redelivery or pickup instructions. MENACE cannot schedule redelivery attempts.
International delivery can take up to 7-14 days after it is shipped. These timelines depend on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols. We ship international orders via DHL or USPS depending on the customers choice at checkout.
DHL delivery usually incurs higher customs fees, which are not controlled by MENACE, but offers a much faster and more secure shipping service. USPS delivery usually does not incur customs fees but offers a slower and less secure shipping process. We provide our customers with both options.
We offer exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit requested within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping items to MENACE for a return/exchange and MENACE will ship exchanged items back free of charge or issue a store credit gift card for returns. International orders are responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return/exchange. Please read our full policy below.
Returns / exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery. Customers must contact us here within this time frame to make the request. Please include the order number and reason for the request. If a request is made after this time period, the order in question is no longer eligible for either service. Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached in the original packaging. Once the initial request is sent, we will review and determine if the order is eligible for an exchange or store credit return. In the event of an exchange, if the new item/size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your item for another product of the same or lower value and we will refund the difference.
Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item(s) to MENACE. We are not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.
Once an item that has been sent back is received by our facility, please allow 1-3 business days to process packages. After processing and determining the condition of the returned item, the new item will be mailed back to you free of charge or a MENACE Gift Card will be emailed to the you for store credit, depending on the initial request. The store credit will only include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes paid. Initial shipping charges are not credited. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase.
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on socks, masks, or under garments. Sales are final on these items.
Sale items are final and may not be exchanged or returned.
