USA ORDERS

All domestic orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA via UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume periods — like post-release drops or holidays — processing times may extend to 1–2 weeks, but we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Specialty releases, including made-to-order items, may have different timelines which will be noted on the product page.

For security, some domestic orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. For more accurate delivery estimates, refer to the shipping map below. International orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the selected shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, both premium carriers known for speed and reliability. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping price, so what you pay at checkout is your final cost — no surprise fees upon delivery. Depending on your country's import regulations, customs processing times may vary.
