RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered. Items must be unworn, in new condition, and have all original tags attached. We strongly encourage customers to review all product measurements and sizing information before purchasing.
- If your item doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued in the form of a MENACE gift card.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Final Sale items: Home goods, socks, masks, undergarments, discounted items, and marked final sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges for collaborations and limited releases may be restricted based on inventory levels and product availability.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS
- Approval Required – Contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery for authorization. Returns sent without approval will be returned to the sender.
- Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. MENACE does not provide return labels and is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
- Return Deadline – Approved exchange items must arrive at our facility within 7 days of authorization. Items received after this period may be refused and returned to the sender.
- Condition Requirements – Returned items must be free of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, alterations, or damage. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
PROCESSING & STORE CREDIT
- If a replacement size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the item purchased.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing once we receive your return.
- Store credit will be issued via a MENACE Gift Card, covering the item cost and applicable taxes (Original shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Store credit never expires and can be used toward future purchases.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All collaborations, limited releases, home goods, socks, masks, undergarments, discounted items, and marked final sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our fast fulfillment process.
- Most orders ship within 2-4 business days.
- If your order has not shipped within 2 weeks, you may request a cancellation by contacting customer service.
