We do offer exchanges in the event your product does not fit to your liking.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about an order. If the product you received once your package arrives did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for the correct size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a return. MENACE is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.

Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic and international orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive within 1-3 business days; international orders should arrive within 10-15 business days. In the event of a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you immediately to notify you.
Unless otherwise specified, all domestic and international orders are shipped USPS ground.
We are not responsible for orders lost after they have been delivered to the destination. Please be sure to secure packages once they have been delivered, you can check the tracking # provided to verify delivery.
If there is a mistake or if your order is flagged as a "High Risk of Fraud", we will contact you to verify any appropriate information. Once the information is verified we will send out your order to avoid any further delays.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time-to-time where we run out of stock of a particular product. In these instances your order will be canceled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
